BOARDette organises a company's onboarding plan into an ordered timeline of learning stages, gives new employees the content and resources for each stage, tracks every completed step, and closes each stage with a knowledge check. Onboarding administrators use BOARDette to manage invitations, content, participant progress and results.

BOARDette is an internal platform for invited people with a Gotoclient work email address. Onboarding materials, participant records, progress and exam results are private and are not published.

BOARDette is part of Gotoclient's family of named internal tools, alongside GEORgina, INKgrid and VALUEntina.
