BOARDette was created because onboarding material is usually scattered across task boards, documents, videos and shared drives. BOARDette collects that material into one sequenced journey, records what each person has completed, and confirms understanding with a short knowledge check at the end of each stage.

BOARDette takes its name from onboarding. BOARDette belongs to a family of named internal tools built by Gotoclient, alongside GEORgina, INKgrid and VALUEntina.
