BOARDette use cases

BOARDette is an employee onboarding platform developed by Gotoclient. These are the onboarding scenarios BOARDette is built for.

Who uses BOARDette?

BOARDette is used by two groups: new employees working through their onboarding, and onboarding administrators who manage invitations, content, participant progress and exam results. Today BOARDette is used inside Gotoclient by people with a Gotoclient work email.

Onboarding a new hire from day one

A new hire is invited by email, signs in and sees the full onboarding roadmap. BOARDette orders the first day, first week and first months into stages, so the new hire never has to guess what to read or do next.

Ramping up a marketing or client-facing team

Agency work depends on shared method and shared vocabulary. BOARDette delivers how the company works, how clients are served and which tools are used as sequenced content, then confirms understanding with a knowledge check for each stage.

Remote and asynchronous onboarding

BOARDette runs in the browser and saves progress continuously, so a remote joiner can work through onboarding across several days and time zones without losing their place or depending on a live session.

Verifying that onboarding actually landed

Reading is not the same as understanding. BOARDette closes each stage with an exam, auto-scores multiple-choice answers, and gives the onboarding administrator written answers to review, so gaps surface early instead of months later.

Keeping onboarding content current

Onboarding administrators edit stages and steps directly in BOARDette and can reload the underlying plan when it changes, so the content a new joiner sees matches the way the company works today. See how BOARDette works.
