BOARDette is an employee onboarding platform developed by Gotoclient. This page explains what BOARDette stores and who can see it.

What data does BOARDette store?

BOARDette stores the account details of invited participants (work email address and name), the onboarding content loaded by administrators, the steps each participant has marked complete, the answers they submit in knowledge checks, and the resulting scores and administrator feedback.

Who can access onboarding data in BOARDette?

A participant can see their own onboarding journey, progress and results. Onboarding administrators can see participant progress and exam results in order to review written answers and support people who are stuck. No onboarding record is public.

Who can create a BOARDette account?

BOARDette is an internal platform. Access is limited to invited people with a Gotoclient work email address; there is no open public sign-up.

Is any BOARDette content public?

Only the informational pages of this website are public: the homepage, about, how it works, use cases, methodology, FAQ and this privacy page. Onboarding materials, participant records, progress and exam results are private.

Does BOARDette use data for advertising or AI training?

No. BOARDette uses onboarding data only to deliver and administer onboarding inside the organisation that operates it.

Who is responsible for BOARDette data?

BOARDette is developed and operated by Gotoclient. Privacy questions about BOARDette should be directed to Gotoclient.
